So you have recently upgraded and you're ready to to sell us your old device for cash! You've come to the right place. Here are a couple of things that we recommend you do before you sell your device.
1. Back up all of your data:
This can be done by either iTunes using a computer or using iCloud on your iPhone / iPad.

2. Remove YOUR iCloud.
What this does is remove your icloud account from the device. This is neccessary before the third step and is VERY VERY IMPORTANT.
